Second commit: the order now aims at a minimal new loop running live.

  • M1.4 (projects) and M1.5 (the image) move after M2.1.
  • A new M1.6 adds an automated end-to-end test, run after each milestone.
  • §3 and each Phase 2 milestone's acceptance now use that test instead of a manual live run. Manual runs stay for the new loop's first runs and phase ends.
